Terms of Service

ClickShield AI provides click-fraud detection and blocking tools for online advertisers. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

Paid plans renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Billing & Reports; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may only install the tracking snippet on websites you own or are authorised to protect. You must not use the service to collect data unlawfully, to attack or disrupt third parties, or to reverse-engineer our detection systems.

We target 99.9% availability for the tracking endpoint. Fraud detection is probabilistic: we make no guarantee that every fraudulent click is blocked or that no legitimate visit is ever flagged, and we are not liable for ad-platform billing decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickShield AI's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or ad spend.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms with 14 days' notice by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
